Stress Free Wedding Planning

If you’ve ever seen the cable television show, “Bridezillas,” you know that wedding planning can bring out the worst in people. Between dealing with vendors, family members, and their own emotional ups and downs, the whole event can be very stressful. But weddings do not have to induce a nervous breakdown. Brides and grooms who approach their big day in an organized, but relaxed, manner usually find that wedding planning can actually be fun.

Friends and families may like to tease brides who walk around carrying large wedding organizer notebooks, but they shouldn’t. These brides know that weddings are complicated events and keeping track of those different pieces requires a disciplined organizational style. When everything from caterer’s menu to the sample wedding invitations is at your fingertips, the whole process becomes a lot easier.

What makes weddings so complicated is that they’re not really a single event. Most weddings consist of a series of interconnected celebrations. Think about it, there’s the showers, bachelor and bachelorette parties, the rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception and honeymoon. And if the bride has no idea whether the centerpieces are ready or whether or not the bridal shower invitations were appropriate, emotional meltdowns seem inevitable.

Avoiding unnecessary drama ahead of your nuptials is easier than it looks on television.
