I woke up this morning and headed over to the local liquor mart because I wanted to get a paper and read it cover to cover. It had been forever since I actually did this, because I usually just get my news online. I saw in one of the deeper sections that Thorne Research was going to be conducting a study nearby. It said they needed volunteers and I almost fit all of their requirements perfectly. I thought it would be interesting to maybe see what it was like to be a subject in one of these things, so I decided that the next morning to wake up bright and early and give them a call.

Luckily for me they were able to give me a spot. They told me they were going to be testing a new line of Vital Nutrients, which sounded pretty great to me. For the longest time I’ve been thinking that I needed to start taking better care of myself, so hopefully being part of this study would jumpstart me into doing that. I even gave my mom a call and told her all about it, because she really finds stuff like this incredibly interesting. She even told me that she would pick me up and take me to it so that I didn’t have to worry about driving.
